These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of this website and any purchase of products from Jippitee (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By browsing this site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Products

We sell apparel and related products that are printed and fulfilled to order. Product photos, colors, and measurements on the site are as accurate as possible, but screens and lighting can differ. Slight variations in print placement, color, and finish are normal for printed garments and are not defects.

2. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline an order at our discretion (for example, suspected fraud, pricing error, or fulfillment issues). An order is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation email.

You are responsible for entering the correct size, design, shipping address, and contact details. We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by an incorrect address.

3. Pricing and payment

Prices are shown at checkout and may change at any time before an order is placed. We reserve the right to cancel an order placed at an obvious pricing error and refund the amount paid.

Payment is due at checkout through the methods we offer. You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

4. Shipping

Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery can be affected by the carrier, customs, weather, and peak periods. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier receives the package, except where local law requires otherwise.

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, you may be responsible for reshipping costs.

5. Returns, refunds, and cancellations

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds.

Once an order is placed, it will be produced and shipped. Orders cannot be cancelled, modified, returned, or refunded.

This policy applies because items are made to order and printed specifically for each purchase.

Damaged or incorrect items. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or clearly different from what was ordered (wrong product), contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will review the claim and, if we confirm a production or fulfillment error on our side, we may replace the item or issue a refund at our discretion.

Change of mind, wrong size chosen, or “not as expected” on screen is not a production error.

6. Intellectual property

All store content, logos, product designs, and artwork belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our designs for commercial purposes without written permission.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to interfere with it, submit false information, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or purchase of products. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
